My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, but the lack of a heater made it a bit chilly. The uphill location was inconvenient with suitcases, yet the friendly service and convenient laundry facilities were great perks. The proximity to Queenstown's attractions was a definite highlight.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were beyond my expectations with a kitchen area, two TVs, and internet access. The upper apartment was spacious, well-heated, and located on a quiet street. The location was perfect, close to the town center and within walking distance to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly, almost like family, and even offered us freebies. The indoor and outdoor areas were lovely, and the dining experience, though unexpected, was greatly appreciated.
